The couple came a little early, but phoned ahead, so that wasn't a problem. We had two loveseats that needed to be cleaned, and one needed to have all cat hair and dander removed. The visit didn't take long, and the loveseats look great. But most of all, the cat hair is gone. The price was fair, and they even cleaned an ottoman that matched one of the loveseats, w/no extra charge. We are very happy with the upholstery cleaning that was done by NatureWise. Not only was the furniture cleaned, but we also wanted the furniture we had just inherited to be completely cleaned of the cat hair and dander (and dirt) on it. Our severely allergic granddaughter came two days later, and had no allergic reaction to the presence of the loveseat.
They cleaned our carpets throughout the lower level of our home, and throw rugs, a sofa, 3 chairs in the living room and the dining room chairs. They did excellent work. They were prompt and answered right away when I called to get set up. It's a husband and wife team and they are very friendly to work with and pleasant to have around. They use eco-friendly solutions for cleaning, and they are able to use minimal water so the carpets dry very quickly, and stay clean longer because there's not soap left which attracts dirt over time. The carpets look brand new and feel extremely soft when they're done! I had used NatureWise once before, and have recommended them the others.
